Winter Wellness Juice

Looking for something to support your health during the winter months then try this Winter Wellness Juice. This can be taken as a morning shot throughout the week. All you need is a blender and/or juicer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup peeled ginger root
  • 2 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 orange, peeled

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until well-mixed. For even better results I recommend juicing your ginger beforehand.
