Vegan Spinach Dip

You need to make this Vegan Spinach Dip for your next holiday shindig!

It's also great if you're lazy like me and don't want to make your own vegan cream cheese from scratch.

All you need is:

  • vegan cream cheese
  • coconut milk
  • nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • onion
  • flour

Serve with pumpernickel bread, corn chips, or your favourite crackers!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 200 grams vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add oil, onion salt, pepper, and garlic to a frying pan on medium heat and cook until onion is translucent
  • Put on low-medium heat and add cream cheese, nutritional yeast, milk, and flour
  • Stir in spinach
  • Serve immediately OR you can bake for 10 minutes at 400F
