Simple Vegan Buffalo Tempeh Wrap
You will be proud of me for making this Vegan Buffalo Tempeh Wrap because…
I made a recipe that is SPICY for you all even though I sweat at the sight of black pepper.
It is literally so simple, delicious and makes for the perfect quick lunch.

Makes 2-3 Wraps

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package tempeh
- 1/6 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 small white onion chopped
- 1 tomato sliced
- 2 cups romaine washed and prepped
- 3 wraps
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large frying pan heat avocado oil and add onion

Once the onion is translucent add tempeh

Add the black pepper, 1/2 of the garlic powder, and 1/2 of the sea salt

While the tempeh cooks mix the remaining garlic powder and salt with the Frank’s Red Hot sauce and plain coconut yogurt

Once tempeh begins to brown add the hot sauce mixture

Serve in a wrap with romaine and tomatoes
