It is literally so simple, delicious and makes for the perfect quick lunch.⁠

Makes 2-3 Wraps

Vegan Buffalo Tempeh Wrap

  • 1 package tempeh
  • 1/6 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 cups romaine washed and prepped
  • 3 wraps


  • In a large frying pan heat avocado oil and add onion
  • Once the onion is translucent add tempeh
  • Add the black pepper, 1/2 of the garlic powder, and 1/2 of the sea salt
  • While the tempeh cooks mix the remaining garlic powder and salt with the Frank’s Red Hot sauce and plain coconut yogurt
  • Once tempeh begins to brown add the hot sauce mixture 
  • Serve in a wrap with romaine and tomatoes
