Simple Black Bean Salsa

Did someone say salsa?!⁠ I don't know about you but I could eat salsa probably every day!⁠

Hence why I decided to make a black bean salsa that is perfect on it's own, in a salsa, or with chips.⁠

Here is what you will need...


  • 1 can black beans rinsed
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 large handful of fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar optional


  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well
  • Adjust salt, cilantro, and seasoning as needed
  • Serve with avocado, on salad, with chips or eat on its own 
  • Enjoy!
