Sesame Sriracha Pasta

SESAME SRIRACHA PASTA is now live on the blog and is the perfect way to spice up your typical pasta recipe. ⁠This Asian-Inspired dish is packed with flavour but is also super simple to make!⁠

Ps. I am a suck when it comes to anything spicy so you can 10000% add more spice if you want 😅⁠

INGREDIENTS

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tso ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or more)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1.5 tbsp tamari

Pasta

  • 1 package pasta of choice (I prefer soba noodle)
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 green onion, diced
  • 2 cups shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 sweet cabbage, diced
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta
  • In a frying pan cook veggies with avocado oil
  • In a separate bowl combine all the sauce ingredients
  • Once everything is ready, combine and enjoy!
