Raw Vegan Cheesecake Bars

If you are vegan or dairy-free and miss a good cheesecake then try these Raw Vegan Cheesecake Bars. Then try out this no-bake raw vegan cheesecake that is sure to please even the non-vegans and dairy fans in your life.



  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 pitted small dates
  • 1 1/3 cup raw pecans


  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 6 small dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cup soaked raw cashews


  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  • Blend the "Base" ingredients until well mixed
  • Spread the base at the bottom of the loaf pan
  • Next, blend all the "Topping" ingredients until well mixed
  • Pour over the base in the loaf pan and even out with a spoon
  • Place in the freezer for two hours
  • Remove and cut into bars and place back in the freezer for storage
  • Enjoy!
