Overnight Oats 4 Ways

I created overnight oats 4 ways to help simplify your life! We are all short on time in the morning so what if I told you, you could have breakfast prepped and ready for the morning? Overnight oats are perfect to prep a nutritious and filling breakfast. Bonus: because they soak in milk overnight, you can actually eat them without even heating them up! Or if you are really in a rush you can take it on the road!

Below you will find the base ingredients you need for all the recipes plus:

Base Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia pudding
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: tsp of honey or maple syrup

Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats:

  • 3/4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter

Directions:

  1. Add the base ingredients to the jar then add the cacao and chocolate chips and stir well.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight and add banana slices to serve

Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats:

  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter

Directions:

  1. Add the base ingredients to the jar and stir well then top with apple and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight

Peanut Butter and Jam Overnight Oats

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter or nut or seed butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries of choice

Directions:

  1. Add the base ingredients to the jar and stir well
  2. Option 1: mash up the berries and mix with the base ingredients
  3. Option 2: Place the berries on top of the base ingredients
  4. Place in the fridge overnight

Coconut Vanilla Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder. I use Pure Paleo Collagen Protein
  • 1 heaping tbsp of plain coconut yogurt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter of choice

Directions:

  1. Add the base ingredients to the jar then and stir well.
  2. Then stir in vanilla protein powder and coconut yogurt
  3. Top with coconut flakes
  4. Place in the fridge overnight
