My #1 Tip For Manifesting Anything You Want by Marley Harris


What if I told you that manifesting can actually be easy?! Crazy right? 

I didn’t believe it when I first heard it too but, now that I’ve learned the energetics around manifesting and how it works I can confidently say it’s easier than you may think! 

I have always manifested things very easily, even to the point it’s started to freak me out! For the past 5 years I have been diving into WHY that is and really learning how to share this magic with others! 

Today I’d love to share with you my #1 tip when it comes to Manifesting the life you want... 

Drum roll pleaseeee…. 

Getting into a feel good state! 

Hear me out, since everything is energy, the most important tip when it comes to manifesting is being a vibrational match for what you desire, and the way to do that is to be in a feel good state!

Imagine you are running underground trying to find something but all along you just had to get above ground level. That’s the same thing with manifesting, you need to raise your vibration level to meet it where it’s at! 

How do we do this you ask? We do this by taking care of our energetic hygiene. 

What do you spend your days doing to raise your vibration to get in a feel good state? Are you someone who rolls out of bed and goes straight to work after 5 hours of sleep? Or are you someone who fills up their cup from the moment they wake up! 

Meditation, breathwork, journaling, movement, affirmations are a few of the tools that I suggest to my clients to start their day with. By controlling your emotions in the morning you’re telling your subconscious mind what you deserve and what you’re available for! That way for the rest of the day you are met with the same vibe! 

Have you ever had a morning where you woke up, feeling so exhausted, you check your phone, read the news, go straight to work and for the rest of your day you feel like you keep getting confronted with negativity? What about when you wake up like a cat, calm and collected (LOL), go straight into a gratitude meditation, write in your journal about your manifestations and go for a morning walk. How are you feeling then? How does the rest of your day look? 

When it comes to feeling good it’s going to be different for everybody. Make sure you are doing what actually works for you and makes you feel happy, not because anyone else is doing it, simply because it makes you feel amazing. 

It’s such a simple concept but is extremely important. I want you to take note of how you are spending your days, how are you feeling and is there anything you can incorporate into your daily routine that will constantly make you feel GOOD!!
