Homemade Nut Mylks 4 Ways
Homemade Nut Mylks 4 Ways
Homemade nut milk or "mylk" may seem daunting but it's actually quite simple which is why I wanted to share my Homemade Nut Mylks 4 Ways. All you need is a nut mylk bag, water, nuts/seeds, and a blender.
The reason I encourage you to give this a try is because making your own almond milk, cashew milk, oat milk, etc., can help you save money but also is way better for your body. Many of the plant-based milks on the market contain sketchy ingredients, fillers, and preservatives.
These ingredients can also be hard on your digestive system so if you have gut health-related issues, then be sure to consider doing your research, making your own or looking for better quality brands.
