Healthy Plantain Chips
I love plantain chips but don't love the processed oils that they use in packaged options so I created this Healthy Plantain Chips. Plantain chips are something you can easily make at home and they hardly take any prep time. Give them a try and serve them with hummus, other dips or eat them plain!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 plantains, sliced thinly
- 1.5 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400F

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper

Carefully mix ingredients in a bowl

Place plantain slices on a baking sheet

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch for burning. Time could change based on how thin you sliced them.
