Grain-Free Granola Recipe

I am so excited to share this grain-free granola recipe. Sometimes oats don't agree with people or they want to change up their go-to granola. This recipe is truly SO simple, delicious, and versatile.

You can use the nuts and seeds of your choice and you can use it in so many different ways. I love eating it plain, in yogurt, with milk, or on smoothies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans (or nut/seed of choice)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (or nut/seed of choice)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (heaping tbsp)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix all the ingredients and then spread across the baking sheet
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Store in the fridge
