Gluten-Free Mushroom Gnocchi
If you want a super comforting, simple yet flavourful pasta you have to try this gluten-free mushroom gnocchi recipe!
All you need is gnocchi, butter/vegan butter, spices, and mushrooms.
You can also ass some shrimp or chicken for extra protein!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1 package of gnocchi
- 2 tbsp butter or vegan butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a pot of water to a boil

In the meantime add butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to a frying pan

Once melted add mushrooms and cook until softened

Cook gnocchi until they float to the top

Drain and add mushroom mixture to pasta.
