Gluten-Free Mushroom Gnocchi

If you want a super comforting, simple yet flavourful pasta you have to try this gluten-free mushroom gnocchi recipe!

All you need is gnocchi, butter/vegan butter, spices, and mushrooms.

You can also ass some shrimp or chicken for extra protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp butter or vegan butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil
  2. In the meantime add butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to a frying pan
  3. Once melted add mushrooms and cook until softened
  4. Cook gnocchi until they float to the top
  5. Drain and add mushroom mixture to pasta.
  6. Enjoy!
