Gluten-Free Chocolate Dipped Donut

These little Gluten-Free Chocolate Dipped Donuts are doughy, chocolatey, and super easy to make! Plus they are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

You need to try these out and I also recommend making a double batch because they won't last long

INGREDIENTS  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Topping

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Mix wet ingredients together
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
  5. Add mixture to silicone donut molds
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Allow to fully cool
  8. In the meantime melt chocolate and coconut oil together. You can let it cool a bit as well.
  9. Dip donuts into the chocolate coating
  10. Put in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until chocolate has hardened and enjoy!
  11. Store in the fridge.
