Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders
Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders are the perfect alternative to a classic chicken tender? If you’re like me you love them but it’s hard to find a healthy gluten-free option!
That is why I created this healthy gluten-free chicken tender recipe.
Here is what you will need…
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprila
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package chicken cut into strips
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and paprika in a bowl

Crack two eggs in a separate bowl and whisk

Dip the chicken strip in the egg, then into the flour mixture

Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all the chicken is used

Cook for 15 minutes then flip

Cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken has reached the proper internal temperature.
