Dairy-Free Greek Salad

I am so excited to share this perfect Dairy-Free Greek Salad recipe!⁠

Serve this as a side dish and add some tofu, chicken, or chickpeas for some protein.⁠

This recipe is pretty much all raw making it quick, easy and refreshing! ⁠

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley packed
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • feta optional
  • 1 cup romaine optional


  • Add all the ingredients except the romaine and mix well
  • Optional: serve on a bed of romaine
  • Optional: add tofu, chickpeas or chicken
