Crunchy Broccoli Salad

This raw and easy to prep side salad is so delicious and can seriously be enjoyed any time of the year!⁠

It's sweet, salty, cheesy, and nutty- meaning it satisfies a lot of cravings at once while providing tons of cruciferous antioxidants and a diverse nutrient-profile to your body.

Here is what you will need...


  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/4 red onion diced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup divded
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 300 F
  • Place walnuts, pecans, and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet with parchment paper and 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until nuts and seeds begin to brown
  • Once cooked and cooled, add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  • Enjoy!
