Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

The perfect gluten-free and dairy-free chicken noodle soup to keep you warm and satisfied.


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 container of vegetable broth
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 package of NuPasta or other konjac noodle brand of choice OR I like to add rice noodles closer to when its going to be done


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot except the noodles
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours
  3. Shred the chicken before serving and add the konjac or rice noodles
