Chocolate Protein Shake

If you love chocolate as much as me then you NEED to try our this healthy and dairy-free Chocolate Protein Shake.

This recipe is perfect post-workout or as a snack to help keep you fuelled.

It's sweet, decadent and creamy plus it contains, antioxidants, protein and healthy fats.

Here is what you will need...


  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp ceremonial drinking chocolate optional
  • 1/2 avocado optional
  • 2 dates optional
  • ice as needed


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender except the ice and blend
  • If you need to make your smoothie more thick, slowly add ice until you get the right consistency
