It's sweet, decadent and creamy plus it contains, antioxidants, protein and healthy fats.
Here is what you will need...
- 1 frozen banana chopped
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1 tsp ceremonial drinking chocolate optional
- 1/2 avocado optional
- 2 dates optional
- ice as needed
Add all the ingredients to a blender except the ice and blend
If you need to make your smoothie more thick, slowly add ice until you get the right consistency
