  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower cooked before freezing if you have digestive issues
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk or milk or choice
  • 1 handful spinach 1
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed
