This week I want to highlight one of my favourite minerals, magnesium and the Benefits of magnesium supplements. Why is it one of my favourites? Simply, because it can be a gentle supplement that can support people’s health in a variety of ways. There are also great food sources of magnesium to consider that are easy to get!
What are the benefits of magnesium?

Do I need more magnesium?
This is going to look different for everyone, but you may need to increase your intake of magnesium-rich foods or take a supplement if you experience the following:
